Job description: WeClick Media is a quickly expanding digital development agency located in Poole, Dorset. Our mission statement says it all. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, passionate Creative Web Designer. An ideal candidate must be able to work on multiple projects and tasks, with a willingness to learn and apply new technologies as needed. Currently we produce a wide range of websites, microsites, banners, mobile phone apps and email campaigns using XHTML and CSS aswell as Flash based technologies. You will work closely with the other designers and developers to ensure the project is adhering to the specifications and project deadlines throughout the entire project lifecycle so good communication skills are also a must. We are looking for a communicative team member with a positive attitude; dedication and willingness to work hard, often under high production pressure.

The job will include, but not be limited to: custom PHP programming for new web projects, creating Drupal CMS websites, writing custom JavaScript using jQuery, ajax techniques, good knowledge of integrating back ends with front end technologies like Flash, updating existing websites and supporting existing applications for our current client base. A major part of the job will include estimating timings and writing detailed documentation so good spoken and written English are a must.

Our work expands to developing Adobe Air/Flex apps and Mobile phone apps so experience in this area would put you ahead of the competition.

Requirements: FULL TIME - IN HOUSE ONLY.

Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of PHP, Drupal CMS, Magento CMS, MySQL, Javascript, jQuery and static web technologies (XHTML, CSS).

In addition a good knowledge in any of the following areas: AS 2.0, 3.0, Adobe Air, Flex, SQL, Apple iPhone Development, Mobile development, Application Development, HTML 5.0, Apache, .net, C-sharp, e-commerce, web analytics, SEO and social media would be useful but not essential.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 with six-month review
